The "not us" approach of explaining away the continuing escalation of the cost of a gallon of fuel is really insulting the intelligence of the human population.<br /><br />When a oil company can boast they had 16 BILLION dollars in profit over 3 months and their CEO is making in excess of 20-30 MILLION dollars in pay...WOW seems like We, the People, are not getting a fair shake.
